 | "Every summer has its story..." What's Yours? | |  | | |  | |
 | Warmest Greetings from Gili Lankanfushi, Maldives! | | Over the past couple of months, the world has changed dramatically – from being able to roam freely to suddenly being confined to our homes and distanced from those closest to us. It is only natural that anxiety, frustration and restlessness has built up over this time, and that the urge for freedom and travel is stronger than ever before.
However, what if we look at this time differently. We might never get a second chance of having so much time to ourselves. Why not let go of what we are unable to control and embrace this moment as a time to reflect on what is important to us. Meditate. Cook. Read. Learn a new skill. Explore your local surroundings. Appreciate all that we might have previously taken for granted. Find joy in the space we live in and make the best of what we have.
Importantly, now is a time to take care of ourselves and put our wellbeing first. Take time to reconnect with your inner self and ensure that, when we finally embrace our 'new normal', we are ready to tackle it headfirst.
