HOLDING SPACE National Indigenous People's Day Event & International Day of Yoga To embrace the spirit and mindfulness of the June 21st National Indigenous People's Day along with the International Day of Yoga, our yoga instructor, Heidi MacPherson, will be leading a practice live at Tofino's Opitsaht Beach with the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation as well as virtually for all. You're invited to participate in this Summer Solstice yoga event on Zoom—hosted by Coastal Bliss Yoga—at 12pm on June 21st. Register now by donation, with 100% of proceeds being donated to the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation Youth Program.

Originally from Montreal, Eric lived in Whistler and Vancouver before landing in Tofino where even in his downtime (no surprise) he likes to build things.
