At next week's Boutique and Lifestyle Hotel Summit there will be a session looking at the latest trends in digital personalisation, mobile booking, voice recognition and geolocation. The session will discuss how to get it right, as well as revealing the findings of IHM's digital personalisation white paper for the hospitality sector.
