Card Player Poker Tour Returns To Ocean’s 11 Casino July 20th This July 20th, for the fourth time in the tour’s history, the Card Player Poker Tour is headed back to Ocean’s 11 Casino, in beautiful Oceanside, California. Once again, the Main Event will feature the popular Quantum Reload concept (which allows players to buy-in directly to day 2). The $250 buy-in main event will feature six starting flights spread out over three days July 20 - 22. Although tournament officials have put a conservative $100,000 estimate on the prize pool, the CPPT main event held back in April managed to bring in a whopping $238,100, so there’s sure to be plenty of money up for grabs. Once again, players will be able to take advantage of the Quantum Reload aspect of the event to buy-in for $1,500 on July 23 (on day 2), and still receive an average chip stack! Ocean’s 11 is the only casino in Southern California located along the Pacific Ocean on the Interstate 5 freeway, less than a mile from some of the area’s most picturesque beaches. The property boasts 50 tables of the best poker and table games found anywhere in California, with all the favorite poker games including no-limit and limit hold’em, Omaha, Omaha eight-or-better, pot-limit Omaha, and crazy pineapple. Previous winners of these popular CPPT events include Shawn Busse, Robert DeAgazio and Barry Knowlton. For more information, please visit www.cardplayerpokertour.com or www.oceans11.com.
