Word from the Meister - 07 July 2017:
So, how is the summer treating you so far? Well on this end pretty good. Did a roadtrip to Dresden this past week, and completed a personal pilgrimage of mine: visiting the location of Schlachthof fünf - or Slaughter House 5, Kurt Vonnegut's place during the bombing of Dresden that became infamous with his novel of the same name. The book has always been a favorite novel of mine - probably one of the best novels of American lit published in the past century. And so it goes..
