This global collection of unique accommodation experiences benefit from Hyatt's customer loyalty program, robust operational and marketing resources, and trusted, quality brand—yet they're encouraged to maintain and share the unique story of their property. In other words: they get all the benefits of the Hyatt brand, but have the freedom to do their own thing.
We loved the idea of individual brand identities, free from constraint or convention. It reminded us of some of the innovators we know who've broken free from the conventions of their fields and paved their own paths. We wanted to get to know some of these people better and help them tell their unique stories of finding creative freedom. That's why we partnered with The Unbound Collection by Hyatt to launch the interview series, "The Freedom to be Extraordinary."
For this next chapter, we profiled entrepreneurs who inspired us because they weren't afraid to take what their industry was traditionally doing and improve on it in new, unexpected ways. We spoke to people in design, architecture, education, and even urban farming, about creativity, inspiration, and most importantly, how breaking free from the norm led them to enormous personal and professional success.
