| | The Boutique Hotel Guest Experience Awards (BoHos) recognise UK and international boutique, lifestyle and hybrid hotels for providing excellence in guest experience. Uniquely, the BoHos are awarded not on the basis of scores from ivory tower judges or academics, but based on feedback from real guests in the form of verified online reviews and direct feedback.

Who enters the BoHos?
The awards are open to any UK or international boutique, lifestyle or hybrid hotel, which can compete in various size categories from 10 – 20 rooms, 21 – 50 rooms and 51+ rooms. To enter, you just need to be using a guest feedback partner that can provide verified reviews. If you don't use a guest feedback partner already, there's still a chance for you to enter. GuestRevu is providing their services free of charge for the duration of the data collection period for all hotels who enter the awards. See who has entered here.
