• With more than 230 entries received for the 2018 Boutique Hotel Guest Experience awards - the BoHos - the data collection process is nearing completion. The hotels who have entered have their online reviews and guest feedback collected over a three month period, until April 20th, and assessed to evaluate performance.
This feedback will then be independently aggregated, evaluated, and ranked by students and faculty at the renowned Glion Institute of Higher Education in the UK. A shortlist of hotels from the nine UK and international categories will then be announced on April 27th.
We look forward to welcoming the shortlisted properties from around the world to not only the BoHos awards ceremony on May 21st but to the Boutique and Lifestyle Hotel Summit - the industry's best networking and learning forum, which has an amazing range of activities and interactive sessions. Don't miss your chance to take advantage of the exclusive independent hotelier and hotel owner ticket prices - your conference ticket also gives you access to the BoHos awards and much more! We look forward to seeing you there!
