| | | | Reinvent your F&B
• At next month's Boutique and Lifestyle Hotel Summit, one of our aims is to provide hoteliers with inspiration - sharing great ideas that they can adapt and apply to their properties. One of the topics we'll be covering is F&B provision, and we're delighted that some great speakers are taking part in our "Reinvent your F&B" session.
Hosted by Heleri Rande, F&B strategist and consulting editor at Supper Magazine, the session will see three industry pioneers present for 10 minutes on F&B trends that are shaking up the sector.
Olubunmi Okolosi, founder of Kajola on will look at the rise of Grab'n'go and 'ghost restaurants', while Murray Wilson, chef at Rudding Park, will present on the growing trend for hotel kitchen gardens. We are also about to add a third, very exciting, name from a great F&B brand that has a major announcement to make.
The Boutique and Lifestyle Hotel Summit takes place in London on May 21 and 22. Click here to find out more and buy tickets.
