• This week's Boutique and Lifestyle Hotel Summit was a wonderful event, which brought with it a real sense of cohesion - bringing people together to learn, share knowledge and do business.
After an entertaining and educational neighbourhood tour of Shoreditch, we celebrated the winners of the second annual BoHo awards. Among the prizes there were four properties which were also winners in 2017 - what a fantastic testament to their consistently great levels of service that they have won these objectively scored awards for two years running! Click here to see the full lost of winners.
The second day of the conference kicked off with a session about technology and how hotelier's can embrace it while retaining the key personal skills and human touches which make a great hospitality experience. The video we made to introduce the session - in which we interview hoteliers and tech experts on the subject - can be seen here.
The BoHo buzz was felt all around the conference, with some great connections being made wherever you looked. If you missed it, make sure you are there in 2019!
