CPPT Partners With The Venetian For The $31 Million DeepStack Championship Poker Series
Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, The Venetian® features all-suite accommodations, exquisite restaurants, world-class entertainment, and one of the most high-energy and engaging poker events: DeepStack Championship Poker Series.
Spanning the calendar from May 14 to July 29, DeepStack is an action-packed, 11-week summer festival. Named by USA Today as one of the best poker series, DeepStack boasts a dynamic schedule offering more than 150 tournaments and more than $31 million in guaranteed prize pools, the largest prize pool yet.
For the first time ever, DeepStack is expanding from The Venetian Poker Room into the Sands Expo® and Convention Center Hall G. The larger than life space provides an additional 104 poker tables with automatic shuffle machines, a food court with seating, a players’ lounge to watch sports in between games, and a final table set up with 96 individual bleacher seats so family and friends can watch all the action live and in person.
The DeepStack Championship Poker Series will feature a variety of options and formats, including bounties, turbos, multi-day, and single-day tournaments. Game options include no-limit Texas hold’em, H.O.R.S.E., pot-limit Omaha, and limit Omaha, as well as others. Tournament buy-ins begin as low as $200 and top out at $5,000 with nearly every buy-in imaginable in between, ensuring there are affordable and exciting options for every type of poker player.
Of course, the Card Player Poker Tour Main Event will return with a $5,000 buy-in, $2 million guaranteed no-limit hold’em event, which runs July 14-19. This will be the fourth time the CPPT has been featured during the popular summer series, and fifth overall at the property.

- $1,100 No-Limit Hold’em Summer Kick Off with a $500,000 guarantee, May 28-30
- $1,600 Pot-Limit Omaha Monster Stack (8-Max) with a $250,000 guarantee, June 1-3
- $800 No-Limit Hold’em (8-Max) with $800,000 guarantee, June 15-18
- $1,100 No-Limit Hold’em Summer Saver I with a $1 million guarantee, July 5-8
- $1,100 No-Limit Hold’em Summer Saver II with a $1 million guarantee, July 9-12
Players can also participate in five events with the wildly popular Mid-States Poker Tour, which for the first time, will feature a livestream of its final table.
- $1,100 buy-in and a $3.5 million guarantee, June 3-8
- $600 buy-in and a $1 million guarantee, June 9-13
- $5,000 buy-in and a $1 million guarantee, June 15-17
- $1,600 buy-in and a $3 million guarantee, June 18-22
- $3,500 buy-in and a $3.5 million guarantee, June 25-30
