| Just a couple of updates:
We still need about 10 more volunteers for the Dixie Classic. Volunteers do not have to be able to work all three days, any amount works! Volunteers will be given breakfast and lunch, a Dixie Classic collared shirt, and a hat. If you would like to sign up to volunteer or if you have any questions about it, you can call or stop by the golf shop and Zac and Victoria will be happy to help you. We are also full for the Dixie and have 6 teams on the wait list. If you would like to add a team to the wait list, let us know in the golf shop and we will get you set up.
As a reminder, the dress code applies to the club house as well as the course. Collared shirts and golf shorts or pants are required. Cut offs, jeans, gym shorts, and tee shirts are not appropriate. Tennis shoes are permitted as well as golf shoes with soft spikes. We also encourage a no cell phone policy for the club house and Bobby Jones Grill. Cell phone usage is allowed outside and in the locker rooms.
Our maintenance staff will be spraying chemicals on the course Monday, July 31st. Because of this, the course will be cart path only on August 1st. |
