• Our latest International Hospitality Media Dine and Learn event is taking place on Monday.
Sponsored by AHV Associates and hosted at the Ritz In London, the event will see an audience of invited hospitality owners, operators and lenders enjoy a light breakfast before taking part in an entertaining debate entitled Artificial intelligence v humanity.
The motion: 'The rise of the machines: artificial intelligence is good for hospitality owners' will be proposed by Frank Reeves of Avvio and Ray Goetz, GM at the Arch Hotel; and opposed by Steve Lowy of the Hotel Marketing Association.
Topics to be covered include customer service, chatbots and messaging, data analysis, guest profiling, cyber attacks, safety issues, programming errors, and the human touch in hospitality. The debate element is meant to be relatively light-hearted; a way to engage and wake up attendees and keep everybody entertained, albeit while serious points are being made. If your company would like to sponsor a future Dine and Learn event contact Katie@internationalhospitality.media
