And a Happy Fourth of July to all my fellow Americans. I hope the beers are flowing, and the BBQs are busy grilling up some awesome savory food for a patriotic endeavor. Celebrating the freedom from an oppressive and militarialistic government - ahem - cough cough. And a sincere thanks to my British brethren who gave us this opportunity two hundred and forty two years ago. Thank you.
Fun fact about me: My sixth great grandfather, James Bailey lived in Vermont and fought as a British citizen in the 1760s against the French during the French Indian Wars. He was captured somewhere in Quebec and transported to France to serve time in a French prison. He was eventually released and he traveled to England - and then sailed from there joining his family farm in Vermont. Then came the American revolution where his son, and my fifth great grandfather, Abijah Bailey, joined the militia in defense of the frontiers of the State of Vermont. After the war, they lived together on their farm in Vermont - and I wish I could have been there to overhear their dinner conversations - they must have been colorful and fascinating.

This tournament was launched in 2008 to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Casinomeister - and it was going strong but has finally come to an end.
