Lots going on in the webmaster world - especially for those who are UK facing. Genting is shutting down their affiliate program for many affiliates, Kindred is changing their terms, and this is probably just a start.

If you haven't read the writing on the wall, or the writings in our beloved forum - now is the time to become 110% compliant. Take a look at what some of these affiliate programs are expecting of you (Casumo, Leo Vegas, Bet365 et al), and go that route. Maybe even further. Try to make your website the most Nanny friendly website - and you just might be able to survive the UKGC tightening of the reins.

Or just say the hell with it and target the black and grey markets. That's a business decision that only you can make.
